New tenders for you
to me · 06:45
Good morning,
What lands in your inbox at 06:45
- Only your trade, only your provinces. A cleaning company in Pretoria doesn’t need Eskom boiler repairs in Mpumalanga, so you won’t get them.
- Compulsory briefings up front. Miss a compulsory briefing and your bid is out, however good it is. We put the date where you can’t miss it.
- CSD and CIDB, where the documents say. If a tender needs a CIDB grade or CSD registration, it’s on the tender’s page.
- A reminder 3 days before closing, for anything you’re still working on.
- Nothing new for you? No email. We don’t fill your inbox to look busy.

By trade
One page per tender. Readable on your phone.
eTenders gives you a reference number and a pile of PDFs. We pull out what you need first: what they want, who’s buying, where, when it closes, the briefing session, the CIDB grade and the B-BBEE level. Then you open the documents.
This is the real page for the tender in the notice at the top. Scroll it.

Run by Jay Kgope in Pretoria. Reply to any email and I’ll answer.
I started TenderFind because good small businesses keep missing government work they could do, simply because they hear about it too late. If something in your email looks wrong, just reply. It comes straight to me.

Questions people ask
Where do the tenders come from?
National Treasury’s eTenders portal and the Gauteng e-Tender portal, checked every morning. Some municipalities and state companies put a few tenders only on their own websites; we don’t have those yet.
Do I need to be on the CSD to use this?
No. But you’ll need CSD registration to bid on almost any government tender. If you’re not registered yet, we can help with CSD and CIDB.
What does “compulsory briefing” mean?
The buyer holds a meeting or site visit before the closing date, and only companies that attended may bid. We show the date and time when the documents state it. Always check the documents too.
What happens after the 14 days?
We send one email to say the trial is over. Nothing is charged. To keep getting tenders, it’s R149 a month or R1,490 a year through PayFast.
Can I change my trade or provinces?
Yes. Sign up again with the same email address and pick again. Your trial still counts from your first sign-up.
Do you sell tenders or promise I’ll win?
No. Tenders are public and free, and you bid yourself, the normal way. We find them and make them easy to read. See our terms and privacy notice.
What makes TenderFind different
Every tender in plain English
Each tender starts with a short summary of what they want, then who is buying, where, and when it closes. No need to read a 60-page document to see if it’s for you.
A checklist of what to submit
The returnable documents and forms a tender asks for (SBD forms, CSD report, tax PIN, CIDB grade, B-BBEE), listed from the tender documents, so your bid doesn’t get disqualified for a missing page.
We can do the bid work for you
With Bid Help and Tender Desk, we read the documents, build the checklist and prepare the pack. You submit.
Tomorrow’s tenders go out at 06:45. Want them?
Four questions: your email, your trade, your provinces, and a tick to say we may email you. Two minutes.
